How long will it take to complete my Create Garden Room?
Typically, we complete the construction of Garden Rooms within 2 weeks. However, if additional work is required on the property, such as landscaping, tree removal, or fence building, the project may extend into the 3rd week. We’ll keep you updated on the timeline throughout the process.

Do I need planning permission?
Our Garden Rooms are built under Permitted Development rights, meaning planning permission is usually not required. According to the Planning and Development Act 2000, if the structure is built outside and complies with legal requirements, no planning permission is needed.
-
Will you manage the electrical connection to the property?
Yes, we do. If there is easy access on the outside to connect the Garden Room to the house, this will be included in the price and your quote. However, if any internal work or modifications inside the house are needed, these will be charged separately.
-
Will there be a skip on-site?
We make an effort to recycle and reuse as many materials as possible. While we do not provide a skip on-site, we ensure that all waste, debris, and leftover materials are collected and removed daily, preventing any piles from accumulating.
-
How is the payment structured?
Payment is divided into three stages for transparency and mutual trust:
1. 30% upfront: Paid before the project starts, covering the first phase costs, including the foundation, walls, and roof.
2. 50% midway: Paid upon completion of the first phase to purchase materials for the next phase, including higher-priced exterior and interior finishes.
3. 20% on completion: Paid after the Garden Room is fully installed, inspected, and ready for use.
-
Why is the payment split this way?
This structure ensures smooth progress at each stage, benefiting both sides. The first payment secures the project start, while the second and third payments are linked to the completion of major milestones, ensuring that both the client and supplier are aligned at each phase. The clear payment breakdown provides transparency and ensures the project proceeds without delay.
-
How long before the material is delivered?
Materials will be delivered within 5 working days after the initial payment is received. This timeframe allows for proper coordination with suppliers and ensures all materials are on-site to begin the project
